A Peace and Harmony ceremony of the Usui system is a powerful way to experience the flow of Reiki energy from the practitioner directly to you. This service is 20 minutes with 15 minutes of continuous Reiki and can be added on to any other service or stand alone. Through a series of mental symbols and hand gestures, Carole will create an energy circle around you while you are seated.

This is a powerful and time efficient way to experience Reiki.

This 40 minute session includes 30 minutes of hands-on Reiki from both Carole and Kat simultaneously. Together, we will work through the traditional 12 hand positions to unblock energy, promote relaxation, and accelerate healing. In a typical session, Kat will guide you through some visualizations, breathwork, and meditation to enhance and deepen your experience.

This traditional 70-minute session includes 60 minutes of hands-on Reiki from Kat. Kat is a Level 1 Usui Reiki trained practitioner, 200-hour Yoga and meditation instructor, herbalist, and intuitive. In a typical session, Kat will guide you through some visualizations, breathwork, and meditation to enhance and deepen your experience. However, silence can be held if you prefer. Reiki can be used to unblock energy, promote relaxation, and accelerate healing.

This traditional 70 minute session includes 60 minutes of hands-on Reiki from Carole. Carole is a level 3 Usui Reiki trained practitioner. She will use Reiki symbols, including the Master Symbol, to elevate your experience and energetic vibration. This session is traditionally done in silence, but gentle guidance can be added if requested. Reiki can be used to unblock energy, promote relaxation, and accelerate healing.
